Privacy
Your conversations are not used to train models.
We do not send your conversations to AI providers for training purposes, do not sell your data, and do not share it with third parties for advertising. Conversations are stored to make the product work for you across sessions and to allow us to debug and improve the product. You can delete any conversation at any time.
What we store
When you use jeves we store the messages in your conversations and operational telemetry about how the product behaved on each turn (which classifiers ran, how long they took, and which response path was used). When you create an account, we store your email address as part of your authentication record. If you use the iOS app and set a daily thinking reminder, we store your chosen notification time on your device. We do not store your name or other contact information unless you provide it to us directly.
What we do not do
We do not sell your data. We do not use your conversations to train AI models. We do not show you advertising. We do not share your data with third parties except as described below under Third Parties and Payment Data.
Third parties
We send your messages to Anthropic and OpenAI to generate responses and embeddings. Both providers commit to not using API content for model training. We use Supabase for data storage, Vercel for hosting, Resend for transactional email, ElevenLabs for optional voice synthesis, and Sentry for error monitoring. Each of these providers operates under their own privacy policies and data processing terms.
Payment data
Subscriptions are processed by Stripe. We do not store your card number, bank details, or full payment information — Stripe handles all of that. We store only your subscription tier (free, Scalar, or Vector) and a Stripe customer identifier so we can manage your plan. Stripe's privacy policy governs how payment data is handled.
Note: subscriptions must be managed at jeves.ai in a browser. The iOS app does not process payments directly.
Push notifications (iOS)
If you use the jeves iOS app and opt in to daily thinking reminders, we schedule a local notification on your device at the time you choose. Your notification time is stored only on your device using iOS local storage — it is not sent to our servers. You can change or disable notifications at any time from the app settings or from your iPhone's notification settings.
Deletion
You can delete any conversation from inside the product. Deleting a conversation removes its messages, related telemetry rows, and any cached embeddings. To request deletion of everything associated with your account — including your email address, all conversations, and all telemetry — email us at hello@jeves.ai and we will remove it within 30 days.
Retention
Telemetry rows are retained for 90 days. After 90 days, the response text and classifier outputs in those rows are removed; aggregate counts are retained for product analysis. Conversation messages are retained until you delete them or request account deletion.
Your rights
If you are located in the European Union, United Kingdom, or another jurisdiction with applicable data protection law, you have the right to access, correct, or erase your personal data; the right to object to or restrict processing; and the right to data portability. To exercise any of these rights, contact us at hello@jeves.ai. We will respond within the timeframe required by applicable law.
Children
jeves is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 13. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such information, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.
