What this is

Jeves is a thinking environment — a system that adapts its cognitive operation to what you need in a given moment. By using it you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the product.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to use Jeves. By using the product you represent that you meet this requirement. If you are under 18, you represent that you have your parent or guardian's permission.

What Jeves is not

Jeves is not a substitute for medical, legal, financial, psychiatric, or therapeutic advice. It is a reasoning aid, not a professional. If you are in crisis or facing a serious decision with real consequences, please consult a qualified professional.

Free tier

Free accounts are limited to 20 messages per day. We may change these limits at any time with reasonable notice.

Subscriptions and billing

Paid plans (Scalar and Vector) are billed monthly in advance. Your subscription renews automatically at the end of each billing period unless you cancel before the renewal date. We use Stripe to process payments — by subscribing you agree to Stripe's terms as well as these. All prices are in USD and exclude any taxes that may apply in your jurisdiction.

You may cancel your subscription at any time from the billing portal at jeves.ai. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain access until then. We do not offer prorated refunds for unused time, except where required by applicable law.

iOS app users: subscriptions must be managed at jeves.ai in a browser. The iOS app does not process payments.

Acceptable use

Don't use Jeves to harm people, harass anyone, generate illegal content, attempt to extract or abuse the underlying model providers, or run automated traffic against the product. We reserve the right to terminate access for abuse without refund.

Termination

You may stop using Jeves and delete your account at any time by emailing hello@jeves.ai. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms, with or without notice.

No warranty

Jeves is provided as-is. The output reflects the underlying model and our prompting and can be wrong. We make no warranty of accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose, or suitability for any decision you make based on it.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim arising from your use of Jeves is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or by a notice in the product at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
